What insurance plans do you accept?
We accept most major insurance plans including Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee, United Healthcare, Cigna, Humana, and Cariten among others. We are not currently accepting new TennCare patients. When you make your appointment, have your insurance information on hand to verify that we accept your coverage.

What should I do to get my prescription refilled?
Simply contact us here during regular business hours. Depending upon the medicine and the date of your last visit, you may need to schedule an office visit before we can refill your medication. We will respond to your request by the end of our business day. This is usually between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

What is your cancellation policy for appointments?
When you schedule an appointment, we block a provider’s time for you and therefore cannot schedule other patients at that time. We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment for any reason. Should you cancel and fail to give us proper advance notice on three occasions, we reserve the right to ask you to transfer your care to another practice.
